Return & Exchange Policy

At Madhuve by Vandana, every saree and outfit is handcrafted with allmost care and love. We value your trust in our creations and aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

As our products are handcrafted and made to order, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once the order is placed. However, we gladly offer exchanges in the rare case of:

• A damaged or defective product received.
• A wrong item delivered (different design, size, or color than ordered).

2. Exchange Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@madhuvebyvandana.in or WhatsApping our support team with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or video of the product issue

Our team will review and arrange a replacement or exchange once the concern is verified.

3. Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are accepted only once per order.
• Custom-made, altered, or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

4. Color & Handmade Disclaimer

All our sarees are hand-dyed, hand-painted, and handcrafted, which means slight variations in color, print, or brushwork may occur. These are not defects but part of the charm of handmade artistry.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing your handcrafted piece and cannot accommodate cancellations.
